The Beggars and the Texettes
We are playing a show with our good friends The Texettes on Sunday 27th at the Gov. we also have a run of Victorian shows coming up in our calender 🙂
SING tour dates.
The Beggars are on the road with shows in Victoria and South Australia over the next few weeks.  We are presenting our SING show in Victoria with concerts in Warnambool, Casterton, Preston, Dandenong, Warragul and Ararat.  Show time and location are on our calendar https://beggars.com.au/gigs/. We are also playing the Country Music South Australia awards night on the 26th and a spot at one of Adelaide’s best music venues The Gov with The Texettes on the 27th.
Is anyone traveling USA to Adelaide?
 I am looking for someone to bring a bass over from the USA to Adelaide where I live.  I’m touring more these days so I want to get a travel/fold up Double Bass and the best ones are made by Charlie Chadwick in Nashville. It will take Charlie about 8 weeks to set a bass up for me so that’s around December. The shipping in the US is free to any address but shipping to Adelaide [Fed Ex] is $800 so if you are travelling this way and able to bring it that would be sweet. It is suitcase size and weighs 50lb / 22kg and should check in to fly no worries. I would be happy to pay any excess baggage, taxi fare, meet you at the airport, give you some money, buy beer and dinner or whatever works for you.
WA tour complete with Dolphins
While we were in WA playing some shows we traveled to Shark Bay  for a concert in the town of Denham and made a day trip to Monkey Mia where the dolphins turned it on a show, this this one rode the bow for about 15min. A fantastic trip and we cant wait to get back to the West again.
